Direct Dialogue with Students – A Step Toward Quality Education
At the National University of Uzbekistan, continuous efforts are being made not only to improve the educational process but also to support students in their daily lives. With this goal, Rector Inom Madjidov visited rental apartments in the “University” and “Mirzo G‘olib” neighborhoods of Olmazor district, where university students currently reside, to learn more about their living conditions and academic engagement.
During the visit, the Rector was accompanied by First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work Jabbor Muhammadiyev, faculty deans, and youth affairs officers. They inspected students’ accommodations and provided important instructions on fire safety, proper use of gas equipment, and heating devices.
Rector Madjidov held open conversations with students, listening to their interests, concerns, and suggestions regarding study and living conditions. To further support their intellectual and spiritual growth, students were presented with a collection of scientific-popular and didactic books.
Such initiatives enhance students’ motivation to learn, strengthen their engagement in the educational process, and foster their personal development as active and responsible individuals.
Through these actions, the National University of Uzbekistan is actively contributing to the Education, which emphasizes that true educational quality extends beyond classrooms, encompassing the social, moral, and living environment created for students.
