on Angren’s Soil by NUUz Experts
Scientists from the National University of Uzbekistan conducted research around the Angren coal mine to study and assess the technogenic impacts on the environment. The main goal of the study is to determine the effects of industrial activities on soil conditions and vegetation cover, as well as to develop scientific recommendations for ensuring environmental sustainability.
During the research process, soil samples were collected and changes in the composition and quantity of vegetation were analyzed. Within the framework of the scientific school “Soil Ecology and Reclamation”, the dissertation work of independent researcher N. Khurramov was discussed on-site, and future scientific directions were identified
Through their research, scientists of the National University of Uzbekistan are making a significant scientific and practical contribution to solving ecological problems, restoring soil fertility, and promoting sustainable agriculture. The expertise and skills of the researchers also serve as an important educational and practical experience for local residents and young scientists.
This research is being carried out in collaboration with local farmers and agricultural producers. Such cooperation allows for the integration of scientific knowledge with practical experience, providing effective recommendations for soil protection and restoration.
📍 These studies not only contribute to improving the ecological situation in the Angren region but also support the enhancement of national strategies for environmental protection.
