On October 26 of this year, National University of Uzbekistan vice-rector for international relations Raima Shirinova and head of strategic development and international rating department Gulasal Rofiyeva visited Kashan Higher School of Engineering.
The representatives of UzMU were welcomed by Eugenia Liamas and Sophie Tellier, head of international relations of the institution. During the meeting of the two sides, issues of cooperation in the fields of mathematics, physics, computer technology, engineering and teaching of foreign languages in the field of exact sciences were discussed. Information was given on the possibilities of exchange of students and teachers.
Also, the laboratories, classrooms and all the conditions created in the educational institution were familiarized. It was mentioned that the B2 level of English and B1 level of French is required for the admission of students in the above mentioned directions.
During the cooperation, it was agreed to start the process of sharing experience with teachers.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided to discuss the terms of academic mobility with the heads of these departments and the leadership.
