3.Ilmiy Kengash davomida O’zMU Moliyaviy-iqtisodiy ishlar bo’yicha prorektor V. Yodgarov 2022-yilda universitet moddiy texnik bazasini yaxshilash maqsadida xarid qilingan va ta’lim jarayoniga joriy etilgan zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiya vositalari toʻgʻrisida ma’lumot berdi.Unga ko’ra barcha texnika asboblari va aparatlar, lobaratoriya jihozlari va qurulmalari jaxon standartlaridagi eng so’ngi rusimdagi jihozlar bilan ta’minlanganligini aytib o’tdi.

Unga ko’ra universitet ta’lim dasturlari, o‘quv rejalari va ilmiy izlanishlar mavzulari bo‘yicha fondni adabiyotlar bilan ta’minlandi va har xil ko‘rinishdagi har xil turdagi hujjatlarni (shu jumladan elektron ko‘rinishda) o‘quv, ilmiy, ma’lumotnoma nashrlar, davriy nashrlar, badiiy adabiyotlarni sotib olishni tashkillashtirdi.
5. V.Topildiyev universitetda 2022/2023 o‘quv yilida professor-o‘qituvchilar uchun qayta tayyorlash va malaka oshirish kurslarining tashkil etilishi haqida maruza o’qidi.Unga ko’ra xorijiy hamkorlik doirasida, ilmiy-metodik hamkorlik amalga oshirilib, malaka oshirish yuzasidan tajribalar almashish, xorijiy investitsiyalar va ilg‘or texnologiyalarni, xorijiy mamlakatlardan jalb qilish bo‘yicha ishlar yo‘lga quyilish.

6. O. Torakulov gave a report on the status, problems and solutions of the organization of the educational process based on the credit-module system at the Jizzakh branch of the university. It is known that the student’s total workload consists of classroom and independent learning workloads. In the current educational system, a lot of attention is paid to classroom assignments, but independent types of work are not yet popular. In the credit system, first of all, serious attention is paid to the independent work of the student. At the same time, it was mentioned that the credit-module system is aimed not only at the income of the students, but also at increasing their educational potential and expanding the options.
