Today, on June 23, an online meeting was organized with Raima Shirinova, vice-rector for international relations of the National University of Uzbekistan, Volker Epping, president of Leibniz University of Hanover, professor Georg Guggenberger, and employees of the International Relations Department.
During the meeting, representatives of the university discussed future plans. In particular, it was said that in the coming years, the two universities will conduct scientific research in the field of applied geoinformatics, engineering, and computer technologies, organize joint scientific projects, and publish scientific articles in cooperation, and it was noted that both universities have high experience in this regard. . The representatives of Hanover University expressed great interest in conducting research in the field of Geology with the National University of Uzbekistan.
At the end of the meeting, in order to further improve the cooperation, it was agreed to establish the exchange of students and teachers through the Erasmus+ and El-Yurt Umidi Foundation, to bring mutual relations to a new level
