Representatives of the French University of Poitiers are at NUU

It is known that the National University of Uzbekistan has established ERASMUS programs with a number of French universities. These programs finance the academic exchange of students, staff and teachers.
Today, representatives of Poitiers University, Philippe Rogen, Armelle Jacquemot, Licia Bagini and Farida Enikeeva visited the National University of Uzbekistan.
Since 2020, ERASMUS programs have been established with this University, and on the basis of this program, the exchange of employees of the international department of the university and students studying the French language is being carried out.
Today, the issues of expanding the ERASMUS program were discussed with the representatives of Poitiers University. Issues of cooperation in the fields of mathematics, informatics, economy, and anthropology were discussed there.
Specialists from the faculties of this direction were invited to the meeting and a number of issues were discussed.
Philippe Rogeon, Doctor of Economics, met with students of the Faculty of Economics and industry experts. During the meeting, the ERASMUS program gave information about the purpose and mission of the academic mobility project and got information about the students’ level of knowledge in English and Russian languages. He discussed with the teachers about scientific cooperation between the two universities within the framework of the ERASMUS program.
Anthropologist Armelle Jacquemot, a member of the Poitiers University delegation, met with students and professors of the Faculty of History. At the meeting, he gave information about the directions, scientific projects, material and technical base, scientific laboratories of the University of Poitiers.
Farida Enikeeva was at the Faculty of Mathematics and discussed with professors and teachers proposals for further development of inter-faculty cooperation and academic exchange between the University of Poitiers and the National University of Uzbekistan.
