A psychological training session was organized at a specialized school

To ensure quality education and expand learning opportunities for individuals of all ages, on January 5 of this year, representatives from the Department of General Psychology and the Department of Social Psychology of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the National University of Uzbekistan visited Special School No. 100 in the Olmazor district to conduct psychological training sessions.

The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Q.Q. Inaqov, Head of the Department of General Psychology, D.G. Muxamedova, Head of the Department of Social Psychology, O‘.B. Shamsiyev, as well as faculty members Markendudi M.A., Turgunova G.T., Valieva N.X., and Xamidova A.A. The purpose of this visit was to establish effective collaboration with the school community, enhance educational processes, and ensure the emotional well-being of the students.

As part of the event, psychological training sessions were held on the topic *”Preventing Emotional Burnout.”* These sessions were aimed at improving the professional skills of teachers, strengthening students’ motivation for learning, and exploring opportunities to apply innovative approaches in the educational process. During the training, school teachers were introduced to methods for fostering intellectual and psychological resilience in students.

These training sessions were warmly received by the school teachers. They noted that the sessions were well-organized and highlighted that the knowledge and new approaches gained during the training would be highly beneficial for their professional activities.
