Today, on October 16, Günter Horst Sommer, a major specialist in English language teaching methodology from the German SES – Senior Experten Service foundation, visited NUU.
A meeting with an expert was held in the international department, in which NUU vice-rector for international relations Raima Shirinova, dean of the faculty of foreign philology Khabibulla Bakiyev and head of the department of English linguistics Jamila Jumabayeva took part.
A German specialist visited professors and teachers of the English Linguistics Department and master’s degree students for the purpose of conducting a seminar on English language teaching methodology from October 16 to November 3.
For information, Günther Horst Sommershu is an experienced specialist who has conducted a number of training courses on English language teaching in Germany at the Higher Education Institute for English Language Teachers, Indonesia, Kazakhstan conducted similar seminar trainings in Estonia and several other countries.
