At the National University of Uzbekistan, every season, the students hold the “Merry and Funny” competitions. In these competitions, the teams of all the faculties of the university participated with their various performances. They competed with sayings and national dishes and customs of different peoples. The main goal of this is to make the students more knowledgeable and work more on themselves.
Within the framework of the student festival “National University – a place of great opportunities”, the Rector’s Cup Final competition of the “Fun and Smart” competition took place.
The teams “Antiquar” of the Faculty of History, “Yandex Plus” of the Faculty of Taekwondo and Sports Activities, “Boyvachcha” of the Faculty of Geology and Engineering Geology, “Tarjimon” of the Faculty of Foreign Philology, and “Biokvadrat” of the Faculty of Biology competed on the basis of 3 conditions.
At the end of the competition, the “Antiquarian” team of the Faculty of History won the Rector’s Cup.
The 2nd place was won by the “Yandex plus” team of the Faculty of Taekwondo and Sports, and the 3rd place was won by the “Translator” team of the Faculty of Foreign Philology. Also, Shirin Ergasheva was nominated for “The funnest girl” and Hamdam Jorayev “The funnest guy”.
