Representatives of the National University of Uzbekistan held an open dialogue with students at the Jizzakh branch

Representatives of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek visited the Jizzakh branch of the university and organized an open dialogue with students studying in the form of correspondence education. This meeting was aimed at directly communicating with students, listening to their problems and suggestions, and further improving the educational process.

The open dialogue was attended by the advisor to the director of the branch M. Khaydarov, the chairwoman of the Women’s Advisory Council I. Mamatkulova, and the psychologist of the branch K. Ergasheva. During the meeting, the current issues facing students, the opportunities created in the educational process, as well as the specific aspects of the form of correspondence education were discussed.

During the dialogue, students openly expressed their proposals and appeals, expressed their opinions on the quality of education, organization of teaching processes, use of information resources, and increasing social activity. Each issue was listened to in detail by university representatives and appropriate recommendations were made.

Also, views were exchanged on the conditions created for students studying in correspondence education, mechanisms for effective organization of the educational process, and their employment and professional development opportunities.

At the end of the meeting, a psychological training was organized by the branch psychologist with the participation of students. During the training, practical exercises were held on topics such as:

stress management methods,

development of effective communication skills,

increasing personal motivation,

proper time management

.

This training was received with great interest by the students and served to strengthen their mental stability.

The open dialogue held at the Jizzakh branch was an important step in supporting the ideas and initiatives of students, increasing their activity in the educational process, and establishing an open and productive dialogue with the university leadership.

Such meetings once again demonstrated that the interests of students are a priority at the National University of Uzbekistan. Through direct communication with students, taking into account their spiritual and social needs, the quality of education is further improved.
