“Psychology and Colors: Psychological Training for Students”

Mood and color harmony: psychological training for students

Within the framework of the “Dolzarb – 90 days” project, various educational and psychological events are being held at the Jizzakh branch of the National University of Uzbekistan in order to meaningfully organize the free time of students and young people, strengthen their mental health and promote personal development. As one of such events, the training session “Mood and Colors” was organized in a high spirit by the branch’s female psychologist A.Sa’dullayeva.

This training was met with great interest by students and young people. During the training, detailed information was provided about the impact of colors on the human psyche, their connection with mood, thinking and emotional state. The psychologist explained the role of colors in human psychology and how to maintain mental balance through the correct use of colors in everyday life.

The main goal of the training was to strengthen the students’ mental state, help them overcome psychological obstacles that they may encounter in their daily activities, strengthen internal motivation, increase willpower and self-confidence. Students also performed practical exercises on understanding their emotions, making the right decisions in stressful situations, and realizing their potential.

During the training, students actively participated through various interactive methods, questions and answers, group discussions, and psychological exercises. Interesting tasks such as determining mood through colors and analyzing personality traits aroused great interest among the participants.

At the end of the event, students shared their impressions of the training, noting that such psychological exercises greatly helped them improve their mental state, strengthen self-confidence, and develop positive thinking.

Such educational and psychological activities are important for effectively organizing the free time of young students, serving their spiritual and moral development, and shaping them into mature, independent-thinking individuals in the future.
