Beruniy Alley
The university is located in one of the historical and cultural centers of our city – Beruni Square. In order to further strengthen the symbolic significance of this square, a statue of the great scholar and thinker Abu Rayhan Beruni, who made a great contribution to world science, was erected at the beginning of the university alley.
This statue serves not only as an ornament of the university, but also as a symbol of the desire for knowledge, research and enlightenment for young people. Students and guests, entering the alley, look at the figure of Beruni and draw inspiration from his scientific heritage. This place has become not only a place for recreation, but also a spiritual place for students and scientists to meet, hold scientific discussions and events. The number of visitors annually reaches 27,000, and the doors of the alley are always open to local residents and students.
Student park
On the University Street, located in the student campus, there is a metro station of our capital named “Beruniy”. The area around this station has been transformed into an avenue to make it more convenient for passengers.
Convenient conditions have been created for passengers and students to relax on the avenue: many benches, green areas and pedestrian walkways have been built. Another notable feature of the avenue is an elegant arch with images of birds. This arch gives the avenue a unique decoration, making it more lively and lively.
