Ensuring the quality of higher education aligns with the standards of leading international universities and enhancing its global competitiveness remains a key priority. To this end, comprehensive plans have been formulated through international cooperation with the Kazakh National Women’s Pedagogical University, a prominent institution in Kazakhstan. This collaboration focuses on several key areas, including the implementation of academic mobility programs, fostering opportunities for faculty and graduate students to exchange experiences, co-authoring scientific publications, gaining invaluable international expertise in education and research, and advancing professional knowledge and practical skills.
As part of this collaboration, PhD Feruza Medetovna Ahmedova, Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences at the National University of Uzbekistan, participated in a business trip organized within the framework of the academic mobility program at the Kazakh National Women’s Pedagogical University from January 22 to February 5, 2024.
During the trip, PhD Feruza Medetovna Ahmedova met with professors, lecturers, and students of the partner university, providing them with insights into the scientific research and teaching methodologies being conducted in the field of social sciences, particularly sociology. She also exchanged ideas with the partner university on aligning educational processes and scientific activities with international standards.
Furthermore, during her business trip, PhD Feruza Medetovna Ahmedova became acquainted with the modern teaching processes and scientific methods presented at the university, gaining the opportunity to enrich her future academic and teaching activities based on these insights.
