On February 6, students from the Youth Psychology program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of Uzbekistan — N. Sayfiyeva, D. Rizayeva, G. Kuzimbayeva, D. Tilavbekova, and M. Omonboyeva — organized a training session titled “The Future is Yours.” The event was held as part of the “Young Psychologists” club and the “Personal Development Training” course.
The primary goal of this training was to strengthen young people’s confidence in their future, develop their intellectual and creative potential, and assist them in identifying personal goals. During the session, participants had the opportunity to set their objectives and learn modern methods of personal development. Additionally, the speakers presented engaging insights and practical exercises on time management and effectively utilizing available opportunities. The event featured interactive activities, group discussions, and practice-based games to enhance the participants’ engagement and learning experience.
One of the most notable aspects of the training session was its open format and extensive promotion through social media platforms. This allowed not only university students but also other young individuals with an interest in personal development to take part and benefit from the event.
The training was led by D. Muxamedova, Head of the General Psychology Department and Chair of the Commission, alongside Associate Professor R. Qudratullayeva from the Social Psychology Department. The event also saw active participation from F. Mamirova, Z. Saidazizova, M. Qudratova, A. A’zamov, M. Ibragimov, and J. Zayloviddinov.
