A cultural and educational event was organized to commemorate Defender of the Fatherland Day.

On January 15, a cultural and educational event was held on the university campus to commemorate the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to observe Defender of the Fatherland Day, celebrated annually on January 14.

The event was organized with active participation from the Youth Union of the Faculty of Social Sciences, faculty tutors, and students. Retired officers who served in the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan also attended as special guests.

During the event, the honorary guests shared valuable insights into the history, development, and significance of the Armed Forces with both students and university staff. The memory of the true heroes who sacrificed their lives in defense of the homeland was also honored.

The cultural segment of the event featured performances by talented students, which captivated the audience with heartfelt musical pieces, dances, and patriotic poetry.

The event aimed to enrich the knowledge and education of young people, foster their appreciation of national values, and instill a strong sense of patriotism. At the conclusion, active participants and honorary guests were presented with certificates of appreciation and commemorative gifts.
