On the occasion of the 630th anniversary of the birth of the great scientist and statesman Mirzo Ulugbek, an international scientific and practical conference was held at the National University of Uzbekistan on the topic “Mirzo Ulugbek – a great thinker, scientist and statesman”.
Rector of the National University of Uzbekistan Inom Madjidov, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Shahrukh Daliyev spoke at the international conference. emphasizing the importance of Mirzo Ulugbek’s work as a statesman and encyclopedist.
At the conference, more than 10 foreign countries, namely Japan, China, Russia, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, as well as professors and teachers of higher educational institutions of the republic, research institutes and scientific staff and researchers of other institutions participated.
