The rector of the National University of Uzbekistan, Inom Madjidov, is moderating this international conference on the topic “2030: priority directions for the development of higher education and science in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan”.
At the forum, integration between the higher educational institutions of our country and the universities of Tajikistan, exchange of professors and teachers, organization of mutual learning processes, improvement of the quality of education, introduction of digital technologies in education, it is planned to discuss issues of professional development and cooperation in scientific activities.
A cooperation agreement was signed between the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek and the State Pedagogical University of Tajikistan named after Sadriddin Ainiy, Kulob State University named after Abuabdullah Rudaki, Technical University of Tajikistan named after Akademik M.S. Osimi.
According to this agreement, an exchange of teachers will be established to hold interactive lectures and discussions, master classes, scientific cooperation will be developed in mutually beneficial directions, and the development of methodologies and educational technologies will be carried out. experience is exchanged, additional training programs are implemented, as well as the organization of practice and training courses for professors, development and implementation of joint educational and research programs, joint cultural-ma Cooperation will be carried out on cultural and sports events.
About 100 rectors of higher educational institutions from both sides participated in the II forum of rectors of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
The forum was divided into a plenary meeting and 3 separate sections.
More than 50 agreements, memoranda of understanding and “Roadmaps” were signed between the universities of the countries at the end of the plenary session of the forum.
