Samy Refahy Mahmoud Hassan, professor of King Abdulaziz University of Saudi Arabia (TOP-106, QS), independent researcher of NUU, at the Academic Council numbered DSc.03/30.12.2019.FM.01.02, which grants academic degrees under the National University of Uzbekistan, 05.01.07 – Mathematical modeling. He successfully defended his dissertation on “Mathematical modeling of nanostructures and magneto-piezoelectric-viscoelastic materials” prepared for the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc) with specialization in numerical methods and software complex.
Samy Refahy Mahmoud Hassan carried out his scientific research at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Intellectual Technologies of NUU under the guidance of professor Mersaid Aripov. significant scientific results were obtained on the development and numerical solution of mathematical models of processing in new functional level sandwich, curved (bent) functional level materials, composite structures reinforced with carbon nanotubes.
