A student of NUU is the founder of the disabled women’s society “DUGONALAR”

Shahnoza Mustafayeva, a third-year student of the National University of Uzbekistan, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Social Work (Family and Children), founded the society of disabled women “DUGONALAR” in Tashkent region on May 5, 2021, and works as the chairman of this non-governmental non-profit organization.
Since childhood, Shahnoza Mustafayeva has been diagnosed with Girishpuring, paliomilitis and several other disabilities of the 2nd group.
Among the reforms carried out in our country, gender equality, solving the problems of women and girls and their social support are the most priority issues of our state policy, including solving the problems of women included in the “Women’s Register”, encouraging them to enter the profession and entrepreneurship. It consists of providing practical assistance for training in skills, ensuring employment, thereby strengthening their position in the life of the society.
Also, this organization has been creating a safe and free ground for several disabled students studying at NUU to use various scientific literature.
For information, Shahnoza Mustafayeva is the owner of the 2023 “Medal of Honor”, the 2021 “30 Years of Independence of Uzbekistan” commemorative badge, and a number of competitions and projects. Employed 14 people with disabilities!
