Activities aimed at improving legal culture among students

Today, comprehensively educating young people, protecting them from the influence of various negative vices and foreign ideas is one of the urgent issues. For this purpose, preventive measures are regularly organized with the participation of students in all faculties of the National University of Uzbekistan.

Relevant officials, including the Rector’s Advisor J. Ruziyev, the Head of the Anti-Corruption “Compliance Control” System Management Department Sh. Gulomov, and the Senior Inspector of Prevention, Lieutenant Colonel A. Abdulhaqov, are actively participating in these measures. They are giving students important recommendations on improving legal culture, forming a spirit of respect for the law, and not being indifferent to various negative situations occurring in society.

During the events, special attention was paid to the issue of preventing young people from falling under the influence of foreign and destructive ideas. Students were also given detailed explanations about the negative impact of drug and psychotropic substance use on human health and future, as well as the issues of responsibility for their illegal circulation.

In addition, the consequences of participating in mass unrest, the need not to be fooled by various provocative calls circulating on social networks, and the need to critically analyze each message and information were emphasized. It was also noted that fighting corruption and adhering to the principles of honesty and justice are the civic duty of every student.

Such preventive measures are of great importance in forming a healthy worldview in the minds of young people, organizing their free time meaningfully, and preventing various negative vices. It is planned to continue such meetings and roundtable discussions regularly in the future.
