Internal control, transparency and employee complaints system

Our organization has implemented an internal reporting system that ensures confidentiality for employees to contact, as well as a procedure for reviewing complaints related to labor relations.

In order to ensure transparency and compliance with the law in our organization, an internal reporting system has been established for employees and other interested parties. Through this system, it is possible to report any violations of the law, including cases of corruption, in a safe and confidential manner. All complaints are considered strictly confidential and the identity of the complainant is protected.

The organization has also developed a separate grievance procedure to resolve employee labor relations issues, which ensures fair and prompt resolution.

In order to ensure transparency and compliance with the law in our organization, an internal reporting system has been established for employees and other interested parties. Through this system, it is possible to safely and confidentially report any violations of the law, including cases of corruption. All complaints are considered strictly confidentially and the identity of the complainant is protected.

In order to confirm the practical implementation of these systems, a number of events related to combating corruption and compliance control are being held in our organization. In particular, an open day event was organized at the National University of Uzbekistan on December 9, International Anti-Corruption Day.

The event was attended by the university leadership, officials of the “Compliance Control” anti-corruption system, as well as students and youth. The event covered a wide range of issues related to combating corruption, reporting violations, and protecting the rights of employees and students.

The event featured presentations by officials and participants who were briefed on the importance of the compliance system, including the possibility of confidential appeals. This once again demonstrated the creation of an environment of openness, justice, and accountability in the organization.

At the same time, special attention is paid to increasing legal culture and responsibility among employees and students through competitions and educational events held within the framework of the “Anti-Corruption Month”.
