A roundtable discussion "Life is a Priceless Gift" was held with female students at the dormitory of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of the National University of Uzbekistan

A round table discussion was held with the participation of female students of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics of the National University of Uzbekistan under the slogan “Life is a priceless gift.” The event was aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, strengthening mental stability and supporting the personal development of students. The main goal of the event was to encourage students to form a healthy lifestyle, increase their knowledge of mental health and stress management, develop life decision-making skills, and strengthen their skills in effective time management and achieving personal goals.

The round table discussion was led by the faculty psychologist K. Irgasheva. She gave the female students practical recommendations on the value of life, a positive outlook on it, a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, physical activity, stress management, strengthening mental stability, a conscious approach to making life decisions, as well as increasing personal development and motivation. The female students asked questions from the specialist and received practical answers, thereby expanding their knowledge of mental and physical health.

The event featured open dialogue and interactive sessions. Students received practical advice on overcoming depression and stress, combating social pressure, strategies for solving personal problems, and implementing a healthy lifestyle in everyday life. Through these sessions, students were able to strengthen their life skills.

This roundtable discussion played an important role in ensuring the mental and physical health of female students, providing them with comprehensive support, and shaping a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. The event encouraged young people to think positively, make informed life decisions, and effectively manage stress.
