Open training in the Department of psychology
Issues of developing feedback skills were discussed.
The next open lecture was organized at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of Uzbekistan. This training was conducted by Abdimadjidova Dildora, a senior lecturer at the department, for 3rd-year students of the “Youth Psychology” educational program.
The lesson was devoted to the topic “Exercises for Developing Feedback Skills” within the framework of the subject “Fundamentals of Personal Development Training”. During the training, students were introduced to the importance of feedback in the process of psychological training, the principles of its effective organization and the methods of developing this skill through various practical exercises.
Detailed information was also provided on adhering to the rules of psychological training, correctly assessing the expected results of the techniques and methods used in the training process, and obtaining effective feedback from participants. Through practical examples and interactive methods, students were able to gain a deeper understanding of the subject.
