The long-awaited and traditionally held “Student Spring – 2023” festival for the youth of our country was held at the National University of Uzbekistan. The event was held under the slogan “Let’s build a new Uzbekistan together!” and created a wide opportunity for young people to demonstrate their creative potential, initiative, and respect for our national values.

The most notable aspect of the festival is that all faculties demonstrated the customs, national values, and traditions of different regions of Uzbekistan in the student dormitories. Each team brought the rich culture, ancient traditions, national costumes, and songs of their region to the stage. As a result, the festival became not only an artistic spectacle, but also a cultural celebration that brought together our national values ​​in one place.

The performances prepared by the students included ancient wedding ceremonies, performances from folk oral art, national dances and songs. Each faculty sought to express the values ​​of the Uzbek people, such as hospitality, respect for elders, respect for the younger, and love for nature, through the stage. The audience once again witnessed how diverse and rich the cultural heritage of our people is through national costumes, culinary traditions, and art samples typical of different regions.

The jury members evaluated the performances of all teams and identified the best participants. According to the final results, 6 teams were recognized as winners and prize-winners. Their creativity, approach to promoting national values, and artistic level were specially recognized.

The “Student Spring – 2023” festival once again showed that our youth not only know national values, but also actively participate in preserving them and passing them on to future generations. Through such events, students not only demonstrate their talents, but also strengthen their sense of national identity, love for the Motherland, and a sense of involvement in the fate of the country.
