The “Texnofest” exhibition was organized with the goal of promoting the application of innovative ideas and technologies in the military sector, as well as supporting talented youth
On May 12th of this year, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized the “Texnofest” exhibition at the “O’zekspomarkaz” AJ building. The event aimed to promote the widespread implementation of modern scientific and technological innovations, ideas, and rationalization developments in the military sector, as well as to support talented youth.
At the event, officials from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan emphasized that, in today’s challenging times, it is essential for every country to have a powerful military. They noted that a nation’s military strength is not only determined by the number of soldiers but also by its modern weaponry and advanced technologies.
Additionally, the participants were introduced to the modern technologies currently utilized by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including automated systems, drones, robotics, and other advanced technologies. It was highlighted that these technologies play a vital role in enhancing the military’s combat effectiveness, ensuring security, and strengthening the country’s defense capabilities.
Furthermore, the innovative ideas, practical developments, and new technologies presented by students and young inventors were widely discussed in terms of their application to the defense industry. It was emphasized that their work creates significant opportunities for renewing and improving military technologies, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of the defense sector through advanced scientific achievements.
Notably, students from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Intellectual Technologies, as well as the Faculty of Physics at the National University of Uzbekistan, actively participated in the event, showcasing their projects and developments. Their innovative approaches and scientific achievements were highly valued by the exhibition attendees.
The event served as an important platform for developing the scientific potential of young people, applying new technologies, and introducing advanced developments in the defense industry.
