A training session titled “Striving for Unity to Achieve Better Results” was conducted.

On February 2 of this year, third-year students from the Youth Psychology program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of Uzbekistan (NUUz) — Sh. Abdukarimova, H. Husanova, D. Jo’raniyozova, D. Saminova, and M. Yuldosheva — conducted a training session titled “Striving for Unity to Achieve Better Results.” The session was organized as part of the “Young Psychologists” club and the “Training on Personal Development” course.

The event aimed to help students apply their psychological knowledge in practice, enhance teamwork, and foster the principles of equality. It included a variety of psychological games and interactive methods designed to guide participants and attendees in collaborative problem-solving, effective teamwork, and exploring pathways to personal success.

The training sessions were supervised and evaluated by D. Mukhamedova, Head of the General Psychology Department and Chair of the Commission, R. Qudratullayeva, Associate Professor of the Social Psychology Department, and commission members F. Mamirova, Z. Saidazizova, M. Qudratova, and A. Hamidova. Throughout the training, participants were able to ask questions, receive further clarification from the professors on the topic, and the session was positively assessed.

Organizing such events helps female students at the university develop their skills and better prepare to find their place in society in the future. Additionally, the training not only enriched their knowledge and strengthened their practical experience, but also played a key role in fostering the psychological and personal growth of young people.
