On October 28, a significant step towards interdisciplinary collaboration was taken as a delegation from the Faculty of History at the National University of Uzbekistan (NUU) embarked on a business trip to Novosibirsk, Russia. During their visit to the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the Siberian Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences, both parties engaged in fruitful discussions culminating in the signing of a collaboration agreement.
The agreement aims to foster joint scientific and practical projects geared towards achieving the objectives of sustainable development. A focal point of this collaboration is the utilization of the “PaleoData” laboratories within the research institute, renowned for their cutting-edge capabilities in data analysis, particularly in the fields of archeology and ethnography.
The delegation from the Faculty of History at NUU expressed their eagerness to leverage the expertise and resources of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography to advance research initiatives. They emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing pressing challenges related to sustainable development and cultural heritage preservation.
