At the National University of Uzbekistan, the first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs, Jabbor Muhammadiyev, the senior inspector of prevention, lieutenant colonel Alisher Abdulhakov, the representative of the Tashkent city traffic safety department, lieutenant colonel Bakhtiyor Yakhasyev, a group of the university Certificates of service were handed over to the members of the public group “Shield” consisting of English students.
At the place of information, 60 volunteer young people of the “Shield” group, selected from among university students, provide close assistance to prevention inspectors in maintaining public order in the university and dormitory area, preventing offenses and fighting crime, and helping to stabilize the social and moral environment.
