Psychological training sessions were conducted to improve the psychological well-being of teachers.

To ensure quality education, expand educational opportunities for people of all ages, and improve the psychological well-being of teachers, a psychological training session titled “Preventing Professional Stress” was organized by the General Psychology Department of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the National University of Uzbekistan on January 6th at School No. 159 in the Olmazor district of Tashkent city.

The event was led by the head of the General Psychology Department, Professor D.G. Mukhamedova, and involved the participation of faculty members D.I. Ilhamova, R.B. Kudratullayeva, and D.S. Bozorova. During the event, trainee lecturer D.S. Bozorova conducted a psychological training session titled “Stress-Free Work” with the school administration and teaching staff.

The training session aimed to address stress experienced in professional activities, enhance psychological resilience, ensure effectiveness in the educational process, and promote constructive conflict resolution. Various interactive psychological exercises and techniques to boost professional motivation were utilized during the session. Participants were introduced to effective methods of stress management and gained practical knowledge and skills to apply in their work.

The attending teachors acknowledged the high level of organization of the training and noted that the knowledge gained would be implemented in their teaching processes.
