Open Doors Day at the Ministry of Justice

On January 5 of this year, the Ministry of Justice hosted an Open Doors Day. The event featured various thematic sections addressing diverse aspects of the justice system, organized within the Ministry’s premises. The primary aim of this initiative was to enhance students’ awareness of legal processes, facilitate a deeper understanding of the justice system, and promote active participation of youth in legal and social innovations.

Students from the Patent Studies program at the Department of Legal Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, at the National University of Uzbekistan attended the event. They had the opportunity to engage with industry experts and pose questions relevant to their field of study. Throughout the session, the students expanded their legal knowledge and gained valuable practical insights.

The thematic sections covered topics related to intellectual property, including inventions, utility models, and industrial designs, highlighting the significance of innovation and creativity. Participants also examined advanced forensic equipment, explored the services provided by state institutions, and reviewed samples of archival documents. Furthermore, they familiarized themselves with the activities of Lex.uz, reviewed the latest guides and publications issued by the “Adolat” National Legal Information Center, and gained comprehensive insights into the Ministry of Justice through the guidance of knowledgeable experts. This structured approach enabled participants to gain a deeper and more nuanced understanding of various components of the legal system.

This initiative not only expanded the participants’ knowledge but also inspired them to reflect critically on their potential contributions to the field of law and justice. The event played a pivotal role in fostering greater engagement of youth in legal and social processes.

Moreover, the Ministry of Justice reaffirmed its commitment to cultivating future leaders, promoting innovation, and fostering a society where knowledge serves as the cornerstone of progress and justice. The initiative proved to be a significant source of inspiration and knowledge for participants, equipping them for future success in their respective fields.
