International Staff Training is at Freie Universität Berlin

Currently, an “International Staff Training” (“Erasmus+ International Staff Training Week, FUB International Staff Week”) is being held at Freie Universität Berlin (QS-97), located in Berlin, Germany.

The training brings together more than 300 higher education professionals from 51 countries around the world. The main goals are knowledge exchange, fostering cooperation, and strengthening networking.

He is taking part within the Erasmus+ ICM / KA171 / Erasmus+ Worldwide colleagues project under the program “Empowering Postdoc Support: Innovative Strategies and Global Collaboration.” Notably, Nodir Narziyev is the only representative from Central Asia participating in this project.

Throughout the training week, participants are receiving sessions from officials of the university’s central administrative units. The topics include Academic Success and Career Integration of International Students, Various Pathways for Student Mobility, Managing Regional Cooperation and International Networks, Postdoctoral Support through Innovative Strategies and Global Collaboration, and other interactive areas.

In addition to educational sessions, the event also emphasizes sports activities, including running races of 5 km, 7.5 km, and 10 km, as well as canoeing, pedal-boat races, and other types of water marathons.

It is worth noting that this Erasmus program was secured by the International Relations Department. Through this program, international department staff have been able to enhance their knowledge and skills in several countries with grant support.
