A project on self-defense training for women was held by the American Embassy in Tashkent.
Marhabo Oktamova, a student of the Faculty of Foreign Philology of the National University of Uzbekistan, successfully participated in the project.
According to information, the participants in the project learned from experienced professionals the secrets of protection against physical threats, as well as improving knowledge and skills about mental health and personal rights.
Yesterday, an awarding ceremony of the project was held at the embassy, active participants were awarded with certificates, medals and souvenirs.
