Kurs ishi, imtihonlar va shaxsiy muammolar bilan bog&#8217;liq yuk tufayli talabalar ko&#8217;pincha stress va xavotirni engishga qiynalishadi. O&#8217;zbekiston Milliy universiteti bosh psixolog Axtamova Nilufar boshchiligidagi psixologik treninglar kabi tashabbuslar orqali talabalarning ruhiy salomatligini qo&#8217;llab-quvvatlash bo&#8217;yicha faol qadamlar qo&#8217;ydi.<br \/><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Yaqinda talabalar shaharchasida o&#8217;tkazilgan darsda talabalar o&#8217;zlarining ruhiy farovonligini boshqarish uchun amaliy vositalar va strategiyalar bilan ta&#8217;minlash uchun mo&#8217;ljallangan bir qator interaktiv seminarlarda qatnashish uchun yig&#8217;ilishdi. Psixologiya bo&#8217;yicha tajribali mutaxassis Axtamova Nilufar boshchiligidagi mashg&#8217;ulotlar stressni boshqarish, dam olish texnikasi va chidamlilikni oshirish kabi ko&#8217;plab mavzularni qamrab oldi.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Treningning asosiy maqsadlaridan biri ruhiy salomatlikning ahamiyati to&#8217;g&#8217;risida xabardorlikni oshirish, umumiy odob axloq qoidalarini keng targ&#8217;ib qilish, adolat, tenglik\u00a0 va psixologik masalalar bo&#8217;yicha yordam so&#8217;rash bilan bog&#8217;liq stigmani kamaytirish edi. Qiziqarli taqdimotlar va ochiq munozaralar orqali talabalar o&#8217;zlarining tajribalari va muammolarini qulay va xolis muhitda baham ko&#8217;rishga da&#8217;vat etildi.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">&#171;Xabardorlik shifo uchun birinchi qadamdir&#187;, dedi Axtamova Nilufar. &#171;Talabalar o&#8217;zlarining ruhiy salomatligi haqida gapirish uchun o&#8217;zlarini xavfsiz his qiladigan joy yaratish orqali biz to&#8217;siqlarni yo&#8217;q qilishimiz va ochiqlik va qabul qilish madaniyatini rivojlantirishimiz mumkin.&#187;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Trening davomida ishtirokchilar kundalik hayotlarida stress va tashvishlarni boshqarishning amaliy strategiyalarini o&#8217;rganishdi. Ehtiyotkorlik mashqlaridan tortib nafas olish texnikasigacha talabalar hissiy farovonlikni yaxshilash uchun kundalik ishlariga kiritishlari mumkin bo&#8217;lgan oddiy, ammo samarali vositalar bilan tanishdilar.<br \/>Treningning yanabir vazifalarida biri bolgan odob-axloq, milliy qadriyatlar hamda hilmahillik tushunchalari haqida talaba qizlarga keng tushunchalar berib o&#8217;tar ekan ularni ushbu tushunchalarga bo&#8217;lgan qarashlarini yanada kengayishiga keng hissa qoshibdilar. Ushbu treningda axoliy madaniyat tushunchalari haqida talabalar o&#8217;zlariga koplab ko&#8217;nikmalar oldilar va o&#8217;zlarini qiziqtirgan savollarga javob oldilar.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">&#171;Bugun biz o&#8217;rgangan usullar bebahodir&#187;, dedi bir talaba. &#171;Men o&#8217;zimning ixtiyorimda ushbu vositalar borligini bilib, universitet hayotidagi muammolarni hal qilishga ko&#8217;proq tayyorman.&#187;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Engish ko&#8217;nikmalarini o&#8217;rgatishdan tashqari, trening o&#8217;z-o&#8217;ziga g&#8217;amxo&#8217;rlik qilish va chegaralarni belgilash muhimligini ham ta&#8217;kidladi. Talabalarga o&#8217;z farovonligiga ustuvor ahamiyat berish va kerak bo&#8217;lganda yordam so&#8217;rash muhimligi eslatildi.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Sessiya tugashi bilan ishtirokchilar kuch va Umidning sezilarli tuyg&#8217;usiga ega bo&#8217;lishdi. Yangi bilim va ko&#8217;nikmalar bilan qurollangan ular hayotning qiyinchiliklari oldida o&#8217;zlarini yanada ishonchli va bardoshli his qilishdi.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; Axtamova Nilufar O&#8217;zbekiston milliy universitetida talabalarning ruhiy salomatligi kelajagi borasida optimizm bildirdi.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; quvvatlanishini his qiladigan va ularning ruhiy salomatligiga ustuvor ahamiyat berish imkoniyatiga ega bo&#8217;lgan muhitni yaratishdir&#187;, deb tushuntirdi u. &#171;Ushbu treninglar kabi
