Through discussions like these, we aim to empower our female students with the knowledge and resources they need to prioritize their health and contribute to the strength of their families ,&#187; expressed Rustamova Ra\u2019noxon, chairman of Women&#8217;s council of NUU .<\/p><p>During the discussion, participants explored various aspects of women&#8217;s health, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Topics such as nutrition, exercise, reproductive health, stress management, and interpersonal relationships were discussed in depth, with experts providing guidance and practical tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.<\/p><p>&#171;The roundtable discussion provided a supportive and informative environment for us to learn about the importance of self-care and health promotion. As future leaders and caregivers, it is crucial for us to prioritize our well-being and make informed choices that benefit ourselves and our families,&#187; remarked Shaxlo Umarova, one of the participants.<\/p><p>In addition to expert-led discussions, the roundtable provided an opportunity for students to ask questions, share personal experiences, and seek advice from their peers and mentors. The interactive nature of the event fostered a sense of community and solidarity among female students, encouraging them to support each other in their journey towards health and well-being.<\/p><p>As the roundtable discussion concluded, participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue and gain valuable insights into women&#8217;s health and family dynamics. They pledged to apply the knowledge gained from the discussion to lead healthy and fulfilling lives, thereby contributing to the strength and resilience of their families and
