Tadbirda universitet rahbariyati, professor-o\u2018qituvchilar, dekan o\u2018rinbosarlari hamda profilaktika va xavfsizlik organlari vakillari ishtirok etib, talabalarning ijtimoiy va ma\u2019naviy muhitini yaxshilash, shuningdek, axloqiy qadriyatlarni rivojlantirish masalalarini muhokama qildilar.<\/p><p data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"1106\">Yig\u2018ilishda ishtirok etganlar orasida Yoshlar masalalari va ma&#8217;naviy-ma&#8217;rifiy ishlar bo\u2018yicha birinchi prorektor, Talabalar shaharchasi hokimi, 4-sonli IIB boshlig\u2018i, Jinoyat qidiruv bo\u2018limi boshlig\u2018i, universitet xotin-qizlar masalalari bo\u2018yicha rektor maslahatchisi, Olmazor TIIO FMB 4-son IIB XPB podpolkovnigi, tyutor va tarbiyachi-pedagoglar mavjud edi. Ularning birgalikdagi ishtiroki universitetda axloqiy muhit va talabalar xavfsizligini ta\u2019minlashga bo\u2018lgan jiddiy yondashuvni namoyish davomida quyidagi asosiy masalalar muhokama qilindi:<\/p><p>Talabalarning belgilangan tartib-qoidalar va yaratilgan sharoitlardan to\u2018g\u2018ri foydalanishini ta\u2019minlash \u2013 bu borada talabalarga qonun va ichki qoidalarni hurmat qilish, majburiyatlarni bajarish hamda jamoaviy tartib-intizomni mustahkamlash bo\u2018yicha yo\u2018riqnomalar berildi.<\/p><p>Talabalar turar joylarida xavfsizlikni ta\u2019minlash \u2013 tyutor va tarbiyachi-pedagoglar uchun maxsus ko\u2018rsatmalar berilib, talabalar faoliyatini nazorat qilish, xavfli vaziyatlarni oldini olish va ularni mas\u2019uliyatli qarorlar qabul qilishga yo\u2018naltirish masalalari muhokama qilindi.<\/p><p>Pedagogik va tarbiyaviy faoliyatni samarali tashkil etish \u2013 tyutorlar va tarbiyachi-pedagoglar tomonidan talabalar bilan ishlashda axloqiy me\u2019yorlar, halollik, hurmat va adolat tamoyillarini tatbiq etish bo\u2018yicha tajriba almashildi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2418\">Universitet o\u2018zining strategik hujjatlarida axloqiy qadriyatlarni (xilma-xillik, halollik, hurmat, adolat) aniq belgilagan va bu qadriyatlar ta\u2019lim jarayonida majburiy tamoyil sifatida tatbiq etilmoqda. Shu maqsadda axloqiy me\u2019yorlarga rioya qilinishini nazorat qilish va bu boradagi ishlarni boshqarish uchun maxsus bo\u2018lim va rasmiy shaxs tayinlangan, ular universitet bo\u2018ylab barcha axloqiy masalalarni kuzatib boradi.<\/p><p data-start=\"2420\" data-end=\"2833\">Yig\u2018ilishning muhim natijalaridan biri shuki, tyutor va tarbiyachi-pedagoglar nafaqat talabalarni qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash, balki ularning ma\u2019naviy va axloqiy yuksalishiga ham samarali hissa qo\u2018shish imkoniga ega bo\u2018ldilar. Shu bilan birga, talabalarda halollik, hurmat, adolat va xilma-xillik qadriyatlarini mustahkamlash, jamoaviy tartib-intizom va xavfsizlikni ta\u2019minlash bo\u2018yicha aniq yo\u2018nalishlar
