Ayniqsa, turli millat va madaniyat vakillari bilan samarali muloqot qilish, fikrlar xilma-xilligidan to\u2018g\u2018ri foydalanish yoshlarning dunyoqarashini kengaytirishi qayd etildi.<\/p><p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1730\">Talabalar ishtirokida tashkil etilgan interaktiv mashg\u2018ulotlar tadbirning eng qiziqarli qismi bo\u2018ldi. Unda talabalar kichik guruhlarga bo\u2018linib, turli vaziyatlar asosida muhokamalar olib bordilar. Masalan, turli hududlardan kelgan talabalar o\u2018rtasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo\u2018lgan ijtimoiy moslashuv muammolari, stereotiplar va noto\u2018g\u2018ri qarashlarni bartaraf etish yo\u2018llari muhokama qilindi. Unda talabalar o\u2018z hududlariga xos milliy liboslar, taomlar va urf-odatlarni namoyish etdilar. Bu esa universitet muhitida mavjud xilma-xillikni yanada yorqinroq ko\u2018rsatib berdi hamda talabalar o\u2018rtasida do\u2018stona aloqalarni mustahkamladi.<\/p><p data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2483\">Tadbir yakunida universitet rahbariyati tomonidan xilma-xillikni qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash bo\u2018yicha amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar haqida ma\u2019lumot berildi.
