Today, strengthening the health of young people, promoting a healthy lifestyle and forming a culture of reproductive health are among the urgent tasks. For this purpose, on April 3, the \u201cHealth\u201d club operating under the Department of Human and Animal Physiology of the Faculty of Biology and Ecology organized another health campaign.<\/p>

This event was held on the occasion of World Health Day, and students of the faculty actively participated in it. During the campaign, free anthropometric examinations were organized for students. In particular, their important physiological indicators, such as height, body weight, and body mass index (BMI), were measured. These indicators are important in assessing the general condition of the human body, determining the level of healthy development, and preventing various diseases.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

As a result of anthropometric examinations, students received accurate information about the state of their bodies, and experts gave them the necessary recommendations on forming a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition and increasing physical activity. During the event, the distribution of natural fruit juices to participants served to promote a healthy eating culture.<\/p>

One of the important aspects of the campaign is the special attention paid to reproductive health issues among young people. Reproductive health is an integral part of human health, which includes not only physical, but also mental and social well-being. In particular, the student period is an important stage in a person’s life, during which adhering to a healthy lifestyle, abandoning harmful habits and being conscious about one’s health creates the foundation for a healthy family in the future.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

During the event, experts explained the important factors of maintaining reproductive health, including proper nutrition, physical activity, adherence to personal hygiene rules, stress reduction, and the need for regular medical examinations. Such promotional activities serve to increase the responsibility of young people for their own health.<\/p>

Also, as part of the activities of the \u201cHealth\u201d circle, various seminars, round tables, and practical exercises are regularly held among students aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, preventing diseases, forming a culture of reproductive health, and expanding medical and biological knowledge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This campaign played an important role in strengthening the health of students, increasing their attention to their own bodies, and increasing their knowledge and skills on reproductive health.
