the National University of Uzbekistan organized a psychological training for international students titled \u201cAdaptation and Success: Effective Communication and Strategies for Studying Abroad.\u201d The event aimed to help students adapt more quickly to the educational process, develop effective communication skills, and feel more confident in a new academic and social environment.<\/p>

During the training, participants actively engaged in several practical activities. In particular, the \u201cCommunication Fitness\u201d exercises helped students practice speaking more confidently and understanding their conversation partners more effectively. In addition, sessions on stress-management tools introduced simple and practical techniques to help students maintain calmness during exams and other challenging moments in their studies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The practice of communication also played an important role in the training. Participants took part in various interactive exercises to make new acquaintances, to have a free conversation in the team, and to express their thoughts clearly. In addition, the topic of adaptation secrets included recommendations on how to properly plan the process of living and studying in a new country, and how to maintain a balance between daily life and education.<\/p>

This training was organized by the Department of Psychology within the framework of international cooperation between the National University of Uzbekistan and the Southern Federal University.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
