Mazkur tadbir yoshlarning sog\u2018lig\u2018ini mustahkamlash, ularda sog\u2018lom hayot tarziga bo\u2018lgan qiziqishni oshirish hamda zararli odatlardan yiroq bo\u2018lishga undashga qaratildi.<\/p><p data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"810\">\u201cSog\u2018lom turmush tarzi \u2013 to\u2018g\u2018ri yashash ramzi\u201d mavzusida tashkil etilgan davra suhbatini filial sport klubining o\u2018rinbosari Sh. Nazarov olib bordi. Tadbir davomida sog\u2018lom hayot tarzining inson hayotidagi muhim o\u2018rni, jismoniy faollikning salomatlik uchun ahamiyati hamda to\u2018g\u2018ri ovqatlanish madaniyatini shakllantirish
