Tadbir sog\u2018lom turmush tarzini targ\u2018ib qilish, ruhiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash va talabalarning shaxsiy rivojlanishini qo\u2018llab-quvvatlashga qaratildi. U talaba qizlarga hayotning qadri, unga ijobiy qarash, sog\u2018lom turmush tarzi, to\u2018g\u2018ri ovqatlanish, jismoniy faollik, stressni boshqarish, ruhiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash, hayotiy qarorlar qabul qilishda ongli yondashuv hamda shaxsiy rivojlanish va motivatsiyani oshirish bo\u2018yicha amaliy tavsiyalar berdi. Bu mashg\u2018ulotlar orqali talabalar o\u2018z hayotiy ko\u2018nikmalarini mustahkamlash imkoniga ega bo\u2018ldilar.<\/p><p data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"2175\">Mazkur davra suhbati talaba qizlarning ruhiy va jismoniy salomatligini ta\u2019minlash, ularni har tomonlama qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash va sog\u2018lom, barqaror hayot tarzini shakllantirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etdi. Tadbir yoshlarni ijobiy fikrlashga, hayotiy qarorlarni ongli qabul qilishga va stressni samarali boshqarishga undadi. Universitetda bunday tashabbuslar davom ettiriladi va talaba yoshlarning shaxsiy rivojlanishi hamda ruhiy barqarorligini mustahkamlashga xizmat
