Participants learned practical techniques to develop clarity, confidence, and expressiveness in their speech, as well as theoretical insights on how communication competence enhances the quality of education.<\/p><p data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1688\">The session was highly interactive, combining engaging discussions with real-life exercises. Educators shared their own experiences and reflected on how effective communication can inspire students, foster critical thinking, and create a more inclusive learning environment.<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Such initiatives contribute to the <\/span><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\" data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1792\">development of qualified
