The keynote lecture was delivered by <strong data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"965\">Lieutenant Colonel Farrukh Haydarov<\/strong>, a graduate student at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Head of the Department for Coordination of Internal Affairs of the Mirzo Ulug\u2018bek District of Tashkent city.<\/p><p data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1520\">During his presentation, Lieutenant Colonel Haydarov discussed the <strong data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1264\">growing risks of cybercrimes among youth<\/strong>, including online fraud, data misuse, and digital misinformation.
