Unda universitetning Yoshlar ittifoqi jamoasi, fakultet yoshlar yetakchilari hamda talabalar turar joylarida istiqomat qiluvchi ko\u2018ngilli talabalar faol ishtirok etishmoqda.<\/p><p data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1658\">Mashg\u2018ulotlar nafaqat jismoniy chiniqish, balki talabalarning o\u2018zaro do\u2018stlik rishtalarini mustahkamlash, jamoaviy ruhni kuchaytirish va sog\u2018lom raqobat muhitini yaratishga xizmat qilmoqda. Har kuni tongda o\u2018tkazilayotgan bu sport mashg\u2018ulotlari yoshlar orasida sog\u2018lom hayot tamoyillarini mustahkamlab, ularni faol, irodali va maqsad sari intiluvchi shaxslar sifatida tarbiyalashda muhim o\u2018rin tutmoqda.<\/p><p data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1903\">Tadbir davomida Yoshlar ittifoqi faollari tomonidan sog\u2018lom turmush tarzining afzalliklari, to\u2018g\u2018ri ovqatlanish, vaqtni unumli taqsimlash va jismoniy faollikning o\u2018qish jarayoniga ijobiy ta\u2019siri haqida ma\u2019rifiy suhbatlar ham olib borilmoqda.<\/p><p data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"2125\">O\u2018zbekiston Milliy universitetida bunday sog\u2018lomlashtiruvchi tashabbuslarning yo\u2018lga qo\u2018yilishi yoshlarning nafaqat bilimli, balki sog\u2018lom, chiniqqan va ma\u2019naviy yetuk insonlar sifatida kamol topishiga xizmat
