Key participants included Prevention Inspectors Lieutenant Colonel A. Abdulhaqov, Senior Lieutenant H. Orzimatov, and university tutor Sh. Amirkulov.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Though not directly related to environmental issues, these topics build the foundation of a law-abiding, socially resilient society capable of withstanding shocks\u2014including those caused by climate-related disasters, such as internal displacement, migration, and societal unrest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Climate change disasters often result in the displacement of communities, both within countries and across borders. In such scenarios, social cohesion, legal awareness, and public order become critically important. Educating youth to uphold the rule of law and resist harmful influences contributes to a more stable society, one that can better manage the cascading impacts of climate emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>By working with law enforcement bodies to implement preventive education, NUUz supports local-level cooperative planning for disaster risk reduction, aligning with national efforts to build resilience to climate change and its social
