These systems automatically adjust light levels depending on human activity and the amount of natural sunlight available in a classroom or corridor.<\/p><ul data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1560\"><li data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1374\"><p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1374\">When a person enters a room, the lights automatically turn on.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1457\"><p data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1457\">When the room is empty, they switch off automatically to prevent energy waste.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1560\"><p data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1560\">During daylight hours, brightness is reduced automatically to maintain comfort and save electricity.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1709\">This automation helps ensure that lighting is used <strong data-start=\"1613\" data-end=\"1636\">only when necessary<\/strong>, creating a balance between <strong data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1708\">comfort, efficiency, and sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-193ca31 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"193ca31\" data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2460\">smart lighting system<\/strong> has already shown remarkable results:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2501\" data-end=\"2808\"><li data-start=\"2501\" data-end=\"2596\"><p data-start=\"2503\" data-end=\"2596\">Up to <strong data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2551\">35\u201340% reduction in energy consumption<\/strong> compared to conventional lighting systems.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2692\"><p data-start=\"2599\" data-end=\"2692\">Lower operational costs and maintenance requirements due to the long lifespan of LED bulbs.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2693\" data-end=\"2808\"><p data-start=\"2695\" data-end=\"2808\">Reduced carbon emissions in alignment with the <strong data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2805\">University\u2019s Carbon Reduction and Emission Reduction Policy<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2994\">The project also supports <strong data-start=\"2836\" data-end=\"2863\">environmental awareness<\/strong> among students and staff by demonstrating how innovative technology can directly contribute to global <strong data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"2993\">climate actio<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Campus
