innovatsion faoliyatni rag\u2018batlantirish, ilmiy kashfiyotlar va mualliflik huquqlarini samarali himoya qilish bo\u2018yicha milliy va xalqaro amaliyotni o\u2018rganishdan iboratdir.<\/p><p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1539\">Tadbir doirasida ishtirokchilar tomonidan zamonaviy iqtisodiyotda intellektual mulkning o\u2018rni, raqamli muhitda mualliflik huquqini himoya qilish, sun\u2019iy intellekt mahsulotlariga nisbatan huquqiy yondashuv, hamda global miqyosdagi qonunchilik tendensiyalari yuzasidan ilmiy tahlillar taqdim etildi.<\/p><p data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1909\">Anjumanda O\u2018zbekiston Milliy universiteti professor-o\u2018qituvchilari, mamlakatimizning yetakchi oliy ta\u2019lim muassasalari, Intellektual mulk agentligi, Adliya vazirligi va boshqa tegishli tashkilotlar vakillari, ilmiy tadqiqotchilar, doktorantlar, magistrantlar, shuningdek, amaliyotchi yuristlar ishtirok etdilar.<\/p><p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"2133\">Bundan tashqari, Shvetsiya, Polsha, Belarus, Qirg\u2018iziston va boshqa davlatlardan tashrif buyurgan xalqaro ekspertlar va olimlar ham o\u2018z ma\u2019ruzalari bilan qatnashib, tajriba almashish jarayoniga o\u2018z hissasini data-end=\"2368\">Intellektual mulk ob\u2019yektlarini himoya qilishning milliy va xalqaro mexanizmlari;<\/p><p data-start=\"2371\" data-end=\"2471\">Sun\u2019iy intellekt va raqamli texnologiyalar davrida mualliflik huquqining o\u2018zgaruvchan tamoyillari;<\/p><p data-start=\"2474\" data-end=\"2546\">Innovatsiyalar va patentlash tizimini takomillashtirish yo\u2018nalishlari;<\/p><p data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2640\">Ilmiy faoliyat natijalarini tijoratlashtirish va ularni huquqiy himoya qilish masalalari;<\/p><p data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2725\">O\u2018zbekiston qonunchiligini xalqaro standartlarga muvofiqlashtirish istiqbollari.<\/p><p data-start=\"2727\" data-end=\"2950\">Ishtirokchilar bu yo\u2018nalishlarda dolzarb muammolar va yechimlar haqida o\u2018z fikrlarini bildirgan holda, intellektual mulkning mamlakat taraqqiyotidagi o\u2018rni va ahamiyatini yanada kuchaytirish zarurligini ta\u2019kidladilar.<\/p><p data-start=\"2997\" data-end=\"3311\">Xalqaro ekspertlar tomonidan Shvetsiya, Polsha, Belarus va Qirg\u2018izistondagi intellektual mulkni himoya qilish tajribalari, raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida huquqiy tartibga solish mexanizmlari, shuningdek, Yevropa Ittifoqi va boshqa xalqaro tashkilotlarning ilg\u2018or amaliyotlari haqida ma\u2019ruzalar taqdim etildi.<\/p><p data-start=\"3313\" data-end=\"3565\">Ularning fikricha, O\u2018zbekiston intellektual mulk siyosatini takomillashtirish yo\u2018lida sezilarli yutuqlarga erishgan bo\u2018lib, bu boradagi xalqaro hamkorlikning yanada kengaytirilishi mamlakatimizda innovatsion iqtisodiyot rivojiga kuchli turtki beradi.<\/p><p data-start=\"3621\" data-end=\"3959\">Konferensiya yakunida O\u2018zbekiston Milliy universiteti hamda bir qator xorijiy oliy ta\u2019lim muassasalari o\u2018rtasida hamkorlik memorandumlari imzolandi. Ular kelgusida qo\u2018shma ilmiy tadqiqotlar, talaba va mutaxassislar almashinuvi, hamda intellektual mulk huquqi yo\u2018nalishida malaka oshirish dasturlarini yo\u2018lga qo\u2018yishga xizmat qiladi.<\/p><p data-start=\"3961\" data-end=\"4213\">Bundan tashqari, tadbir ishtirokchilari tomonidan O\u2018zbekistonda intellektual mulk himoyasini kuchaytirish, sohadagi qonunchilikni xalqaro me\u2019yorlarga moslashtirish, innovatsion faoliyatni rag\u2018batlantirishga doir amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab
