From <strong data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"495\">November 22 to 27<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"529\">Department of Psychology<\/strong> under the <strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"570\">Faculty of Social Sciences<\/strong> organized a <strong data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"603\">charity campaign<\/strong> in honor of <strong data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"679\">December 3 \u2013 International Day of Persons with Disabilities<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"982\">As part of this initiative, faculty members, doctoral students, and university students came together to collect <strong data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"827\">gifts and essential supplies<\/strong>, which were then delivered to the <strong data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"932\">Specialized Boarding School No. 106 for Children with Disabilities<\/strong>, located in the <strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"981\">Olmazor district of Tashkent<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1303\">The visit to the boarding school was more than a simple donation\u2014<strong data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1148\">it was a message of solidarity, care, and inclusion<\/strong>. The Psychology Department team personally handed over the items and spent time interacting with the students, aiming to spread joy and emotional support.<\/p><p data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1493\">This compassionate action reflects the department\u2019s broader vision: fostering <strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1415\">empathy and civic engagement<\/strong> among students, while addressing the needs of marginalized groups in society.In addition to outreach efforts toward schoolchildren, the university is also expanding support for its own students from <strong data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1693\">low-income backgrounds<\/strong>. Recognizing the financial and social barriers many face, the university is committed to:These programs aim to <strong data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2162\">reduce dropout rates<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2193\">increase academic success<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2199\" data-end=\"2243\">promote equal access to higher education<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2594\">The Psychology Department extends sincere thanks to all <strong data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2396\">professors, doctoral candidates, and students<\/strong> who contributed to the charity drive. Their generosity and participation made a meaningful difference in the lives of children and reaffirmed the university\u2019s culture of care and community service.By blending <strong data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2644\">charity<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2665\">student support<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2671\" data-end=\"2696\">community involvement<\/strong>, the National University of Uzbekistan is creating a model of education that goes beyond the classroom. Through such efforts, the university continues to invest in both academic excellence and human compassion\u2014ensuring that no student is left behind due to
