The topic of the workshop was:<br data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"831\" \/><strong data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"977\">\u201cRaising a Healthy Generation: Menstrual Hygiene, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Pregnancy, Breast Health, and Menopause Physiology in Girls.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1209\">The interactive session covered essential aspects of female reproductive health, providing both theoretical background and practical guidance on hygiene, prevention, and physiological changes at different stages of a woman\u2019s life.The event brought together <strong data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1358\">female university administrators, faculty members, doctoral and master&#8217;s students, and undergraduate female students<\/strong>, highlighting the university\u2019s commitment to fostering awareness and education on critical health topics.<\/p><p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1798\">Workshops like these are vital in creating informed, confident, and health-conscious individuals. By addressing topics that are often under-discussed in formal settings, NUUz is playing a key role in breaking taboos, promoting preventive care, and supporting the physical and emotional well-being of young women in higher education.This initiative reflects a broader vision of building a healthy, educated, and empowered generation of women, fully equipped to contribute to the development of New
