Far from wasting their time, these students are actively participating in programs that contribute to their personal and professional development.<\/p><p data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"1109\">Organized by the \u201cAudiovisual and Internet Journalism\u201d Department of the Faculty of Journalism, the training focused on vital themes such as self-development, social communication, and building effective interpersonal relationships. The session offered a practical approach through psychological exercises that encouraged reflection, interaction, and growth.<\/p><p data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1500\">The event was led by experienced psychologists Gulshana Kattakhodjayeva and Sussanna To\u2018raqulova, who are part of the \u201cYouth Social Center\u201d project. Through interactive games and open discussions, they engaged with future journalists, psychologists, and law students, helping them develop communication strategies, boost confidence, and explore the psychological aspects of human behavior.<\/p><p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1814\">This kind of initiative highlights the growing importance of mental well-being and emotional literacy in higher education. As academic pressure and future career demands increase, training sessions like these provide students with tools to manage stress, navigate relationships, and enhance their self-awareness.<\/p><p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"2286\">It is clear that students \u2014 particularly young women at NUUz \u2014 are making intentional choices to enrich their university experience. Beyond academic success, they are investing in their emotional strength, social intelligence, and leadership potential. The psychological training held in the student residence stands as a testament to how students are choosing growth over idleness, preparing themselves not only as professionals but as balanced, empathetic individuals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
