At the National University of Uzbekistan<\/strong>, we recognize that true gender equality cannot be achieved without supporting women in all aspects of their lives \u2014 including motherhood. Female students and academic staff who are also mothers often face unique challenges balancing their educational and professional responsibilities with parenting. In line with Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG 5): Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls<\/strong>, our university is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive academic environment for mothers.<\/p>

Understanding the Unique Needs of Mothers<\/strong><\/p>

Motherhood should never be a barrier to education or professional growth. Female students and staff with children often face:<\/p>

  • Scheduling conflicts between academic\/work obligations and family responsibilities<\/p><\/li>
